今日B超示中孕、单活胎、横位(超声孕周: 24周6天)胎盘低置状态: S/D3. 14，AFV4. 91cm;胎盘: 位于后壁，下缘距宫颈内口约1. 7cm，脐带胎盘侧偏心性附着。宫颈长约3. 8cm,宫颈内口闭合，宫颈管未见明显扩张。

 

 今日行糖尿病筛查，结果为:空腹: 4. 56mmol/L,一小时6.55mmol/L,两小时7. 24mmol/L,结果正常。4周返诊，不适随诊。

Spontaneous fetal movement at 24 gestational weeks. The patient complained with object like liquid in the underwear after urination, PV speculum opened the vagina, visible for milky secretion without vaginal bleeding. HB105g/l, Shengxuening tablet was given orally to correct anemia.
B ultrasonography of today findings: middle pregnancy, single live fetus, transverse presentation (ultrasound gestational weeks: 24 weeks and 6 days) placental low status: S/D3.14, AFV 4.91cm; Placenta: located in the posterior wall, the lower margin is about 1.7cm from the inner cervical opening, and the eccentric attachment of the umbilical cord to the placenta side. The cervix length is about 3.8cm, with the internal cervical opening closed, without obvious expansion of the cervical canal observed.
 
Diabetes screening was performed today, and the results were: empty stomach: 4.56mmol/L, one hour: 6.55mmol/L, two hours: 7.24 mmol/L, normal.
