Front and Lateral Chest Radiograph

 

 

Findings:

Thoracic cage was symmetrical, mediastinum and trachea were in the center position, hilus of the lung was normal in structure, linear opacities can be seen at the apex of right lung. Right cap-like pleura enlarged. Bilateral diaphragmatic dome were smooth, costophrenic angle was sharp. Heart shadow was long and narrow.

 

  

Diagnosis and recommendations:

Old right apex of lung lesion accompanied with cap-like pleura enlargement.
